PEQUEÑAS PRODUCCIONES REVIEW – CALIFORNIA
Summary: Flowers and barnyard on the nose of this firm-to-the-touch cigar. Cedar, white pepper, and Americano notes. The body is on the mild side while the strength sits at medium. Peanut butter.
The flavors still feel a bit watered down in the second third. Cheap perfume and paper (things are NOT trending in the right direction). Orange citrus (better).
French toast with no toppings in the final third. While the burn was without err, this cigar just wasn't for me. Bring out the lawn mower.

Pairing Suggestion: Coffee.

PEQUEÑAS PRODUCCIONES REVIEW – WISCONSIN
Summary: This cigar brought notes of earth, mineral, sourness, chocolate, coffee, and lots of cedar. The cedar especially dominated the profile after the first third.
The burn gave no issues. The draw was on the snug side, but also good.
This was a well-made cigar; the problem for me was a blend that I just didn't enjoy very much.

Pairing Suggestion: Coffee.

PEQUEÑAS PRODUCCIONES REVIEW – OREGON
Summary: This (guessing) 6 x 46 cigar is starting off with flavors of roasted cashew nuts, very mild wood notes, a cinnamon and nutmeg mixture and a faint sweetness. There’s also a very slight mineral note, but at least to start with, it’s not damaging to the profile. The retro hale is sweet, smooth and includes a whisper of heat. Let’s add almonds and a sprinkle of brown sugar sweetness to the mix as well.
Entering the middle section with piles of roasted nut flavors and baking spices along with mild oak notes as well. I’m just now noticing the wrapper on this stick is quite oily. The construction is earning a B-. It’s not bad, but it’s not perfect either.
I’m also continuing to enjoy a smooth, slightly sweet retro hale. Pretty great really.
The cigar is finishing up with a very solid and consistent profile. The burn and overall performance of the cigar has gotten better towards the end as well. Mixed roasted nuts with an overall sweetness in the profile along with the mild wood notes and a very smooth retro hale make for a winning ending.
If You Like That, You Might Like This: Smooth flavor profiles, start to finish.
Pairing Suggestion: Coffee.
Purchase Recommendation to a Friend: Box.
