HENKIE REVIEW – DOM
Summary: My first thought is, “hm the draw is a bit tigh—holy crap this is tasty.” Redwood and honey explode on the palate while lemon and cinnamon candy zest up the retrohale. This flavor profile is the most unique I’ve experienced in a few months. The complexity builds with potpourri and lemony leather, and like Mick Jagger, the ash ain’t pretty but keeps holding on.
Halfway down, this cigar tastes like rum smells (the good stuff, no C-Mo). The retrohale does a frontside 180 from cinnamon zing to minty coolness. If there were a fantasy cigar draft, I’d take this stick with my first pick.

HENKIE REVIEW – RICH
Summary: This cigar brought loads of creamy chocolate, with additional notes of almond, toffee, espresso, cherry, and caramel. Oak and espresso built throughout. Flavors were quite good and complementary of one another.
The cigar burned slowly and evenly, and it drew nicely. Full points for construction.

HENKIE REVIEW – BEN
Summary: Had to exchange my guillotine cutter for my draw tool; It's very tight but the natural sweet tobacco is a welcomed smell and note. Even though this sample has a hard pull, it remains very smooth complimented by a prevalent oaky flavor.
Feels like this cigar has potential so I'm looking forward to trying this again, but with less filler. Lol!
If You Like That, You Might Like This: Fish kisses
Pairing Suggestion: Patience

Purchase Recommendation to a Friend: 5-pack
HENKIE REVIEW – TED
Summary: Alright, this stick is offering a solid start with oak, toast, raisin, walnut, dark tea, and a bit of mineral laden plum flavor. Nice burn, nice ash. Draw seems to be tightening up as I near the middle.
Solidly into the middle portion of the cigar and I’m tasting a salty mix of oak, leather, walnut, and coffee. It’s not real complex. The mineral aspect is taking over the profile unfortunately.
Looking for something different in this last section but... pretty much a copycat of the middle section.

Participants in this blind review were completely unaware of the cigar they were evaluating until all submissions were received and processed. Each participant was asked to answer a summary paragraph, an if/than statement, a pairing suggestion, and a purchase suggestion. Cigars were provided by Small Batch with only the expectations of candid responses. All pictures, information, and formatting were completed by a Coordinator outside of the reviewing process.
