Powstanie Cigars comes from Mike and Greg Szczepankewicz, two brothers that most know from Cigar Hustler. Pronounced poh-shan-ya, Powstanie translates to uprising in Polish and refers to the 63 day Warsaw Uprising against the Germans.
Each brother worked with Nica Sueno to craft his own blend, with Mike’s being the Habano and Greg’s being the Broadleaf. Both are regular production and offered in four vitolas each. Nica Sueno produces some of the world's most consistent cigars, so you know that every time you light up a Powstanie you'll get the same great flavor that you're looking for.
