Tom's Blend: This blend is a the genesis of my roasting expierence. I roasted it for my family and friends on special occasions, and was commissioned by my great friend Ammar. This coffee is smooth with a rich milk chocolate profile, rounded out by almonds and fruit.

Damascus Blend: All roads lead to Damascus, as the saying goes. For centuries, merchants, traders, and scoundrels alike would bring their goods there from all corners of the earth. Like the ancient city that bears its name, our Damascus Roast is a bold, intense, complex, and a little mischievous.
