The La Aurora Especiales blend was developed with feedback from around 100 retailers who smoked test blends while taking visits to the company’s factory in the Dominican Republic. La Aurora’s Manuel Inoa developed a blend that uses a Cameroon-seed wrapper grown in Ecuador over a Dominican binder and fillers from the Dominican Republic and the U.S.A.
