How do I navigate the site?
To navigate this website, simply click on a category you might be interested in. Categories are located on the top, left & bottom of our website. QUICK TIP: Place your mouse cursor over anything you think could be a clickable link. You'll notice that anytime you scroll over something that is a link, your mouse cursor will become a "hand". Whereas scrolling over anything that is NOT a link will leave your cursor as an "arrow". You may also type a keyword into the SEARCH box to quickly find a specific product. If you have any trouble locating a product, feel free to contact customer service for assistance.
How do I use a coupon?
After adding items to your cart, click the "View Cart" link at the top of this site to view your cart. At the bottom of the shopping cart you'll see a box where you may enter your coupon code.
What do I do if my shipment arrives damaged?
When the order ships you'll get a tracking number plus detailed info on what to do if your package arrives damaged or arrives late. If you think the package has been mishandled by USPS please always take pictures before opening the package!
What is the Small Batch refund policy?
How do reward points work?
Keeping in the tradition of Small Batch, will keep this simple! We decided to launch a rewards program. For every dollar you spend you’ll earn one point. Each point is worth $.05 (5% back lets call it).
Please beaware the reward points system is not retro active. I know some people are thinking man o man I want all my past points. We understand this and we hope we have provided enough value/experience in the past to keep you happy. We want to keep trying to up the bar when it comes to the cigar shoping experience and we hope you can be exctied as much as we are in this new program!
Once you reach 200 points you can use the points against a purchase or you can keep on saving them! When you go to checkout you’ll see the points you’ll earn under the total.
Points don’t expire but have no redeemable cash value. Some items will be restricted from reward points - mainly items under Small Batch Samplers (surprise packs, box surprise, COTM Club, and a few others). If we somehow created this feature wrong and it messes this thing up we reserve the right to abort. We look forward to point contests, double point days, and other fun stuff!
How long will points remain in my account?
Can I use points on sales items like Warped Wednesday?
What happens if I make a purchase with points and cancel my order?
Once the order is cancelled the points go right back on your account!
Can I use my points for 100% of a purchase, or is there a cash minimum that I must pay?
Yes you sure can! When checking out you'll have multiple options. Pay with points, pay with points/card, or pay with card.
