Each month’s selection is personally chosen by Matt of Cigar Hound Dog, with every cigar intended to be enjoyed together as part of the shared experience. Every Sunday, one cigar from the pack is scheduled for the virtual lounge in the Cigars Unbanded Discord, giving members a weekly occasion to light up together and take part in the conversation in real time. Unlike the standard Cigars Unbanded packs, these selections arrive banded, but the focus is not on the bands themselves. It is on a thoughtfully chosen lineup, a steady Sunday ritual, and a closer connection to the community that makes Cigars Unbanded special.
• Guaranteed Value: The total value of your monthly cigars will always be well over the $60 subscription. And each package includes our signature free shipping!
• The Way You Want It: In addition to fast, free shipping, each package includes a Boveda pack to protect your cigars in transit. 
• Flexibility and Control: Cancel your subscription at any time, change your shipping address, or update your payment information here after logging in. Each package will continue to go to the address you signed up with unless otherwise notified. 
• Timing: Packs ship the day after signing up and will be billed on the same day each month thereafter. For example, if you sign up on 16 May your package will ship on 17 May. In June, you’ll be billed on 16 June and shipped on 17 June. 
• No Discounts or Requests: Due to the nature of the value and savings this Club is known for, no discounts may be applied to your subscription. Likewise, we are unable to accommodate requests or substitutions since each package is curated in advance. 
• Payment Issues: If your payment gets declined, the system will automatically email you (only once) to request that you update your payment information. Once updated, please contact us at [email protected] so that we can attempt to collect payment once more and ensure the issue is resolved.
